Its so easy its unbelievably easy. Simply get a bra, buy a bulk pack of studs and push them through the bra.
You could either over the whole bra in studs or cover certain areas depending on your preference this way you can make it more unique to your own style.
Pop down to hobby craft or ebay and buy a shit load of embellishments, its a cheap way to update old clothes.
